When you integrate Mindshare with your Google account, we collect the following data through

them on your behalf. This includes creating, viewing, modifying, and deleting calendar
events to synchronize your Mindshare appointments seamlessly.

to, enabling us to integrate your schedules effectively.

Availability Information: We access availability data from your Google calendars to prevent
scheduling conflicts and optimize your availability for sessions.
Zoom Data Collection
For Mentors integrating Mindshare with their Zoom accounts, we collect and manage the
following data through Zoom OAuth scopes:

Meeting Management: We access and manage your Zoom meetings, allowing us to schedule,
reschedule, and cancel meetings on your behalf.

Meeting Information: We retrieve details about your meetings including their status and
duration to effectively manage session completions and initiate subsequent actions such as
feedback requests or payouts.

Recording Access: We access recordings of your sessions to provide you and your mentees with
quick links to session recordings for review and follow-up.

User Profile Information: We fetch your Zoom user profile details to ensure proper
scheduling capabilities and verify the availability of necessary resources like Zoom
licenses.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service,
particularly for the following reasons:

have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to
send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting
if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
